My wife then mentioned another issue with the garbage disposal that I hadn’t gotten to fixing yet. He ran out to the local hardware store, got the proper part and got it fixed. Throughout the entire time he was happy, outgoing and professional. After that, he charged what we thought was too low of a price so she made certain to tip extra.

They both had a high level of knowledge and expertise, and were always focused on quality and customer service. I also thought they were very organized and efficient.
Grant was very fair and reasonable on his prices. When I needed to add a few things to the contract, he was open and flexible and was very fair in making adjustments.
